A Shifted DFT based image sinc-interpolation algorithm was implemented in a Matlab callable and Windows program package. The package allows to carry out arbitrary and fast image shifting, zooming, and rotation. As an option, the program is capable of image arbitrary geometrical transformation defined by X and Y mapping tables.
