Registration and Accommodation
The following registration fees are in NIS (New Israeli Shekels) and include VAT:

* Valid student card must be presented when registering.
- Two-days registration fees entitle for: Participation in all conference sessions, entrance to the exhibition, conference kit, Book of Abstracts on a disk-on-key, 2 lunches, coffee breaks, banquet on December 13, 2009.
- Two-days registration fees for students and retirees do not entitle for the banquet.
- Daily registration fees: Daily participation in the conference sessions, entrance to the exhibition, conference kit, Book of Abstracts on a disk-on-key, 1 lunch, coffee breaks.
- Registration will be confirmed only upon full payment. Unpaid registrations will not be valid.
- Please note that early registration (i.e. by November 12) of presenting authors is mandatory in order to ensure inclusion in the program, and that each presenting author is limited to one ORAL presentation.
- Tickets for the banquet for accompanying persons may be purchased separately.
- Registration Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellation received by Fax or E-mail up to November 26, 2009- full refund less 100 NIS handling fees. After November 26- no refund will be made.

Commitment
When sending an official payment commitment from your institution/company, please enclose a copy of the summary of your on-line Registration printed from the conference website. The commitment should include the service and amount covered.
Forms submitted with no payments details will not be processed.
