Short introduction:

Turbulence Structure Laboratory was founded in 70's by Prof. Arkady Tsinober. The laboratory has invented and developed the Multi-Hot-Cold-Wire Anemometry experimental technique. The laboratory extended the research activity when its new director Dr. Alex Liberzon had developed the new non-intrusive experimental approaches: Particle Tracking Velocimetry, Particle Image Velocimetry and Infrared Imaging.

We investigate the structure of turbulence, the complex flow that has enormous practical importance. We believe that experiments, jointly performed with the numerical simulations and leaded by the theoretical predictions will help us gaining better insight into the structure of turbulence
