Best Paper Award in the 2009

Congratulations to Prof. Tony Weiss and his Ph.D. student, Joseph Picard, for receiving the Best Paper Award in  the 2009 International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2009), 28-30 September 2009,  Incheon, Korea.
