Quantum electronics, electromagnetics, electro-optics, lasers, electronic devices, semiconductors and semiconductor devices, optic communication. Specific research topics (both experimental and analytical):
  1. Electron beam interaction with electromagnetic waves, free electron lasers, Cerenkov-Smith-Purcell free electron lasers, Stimulated Compton Scattering.
  2. High average power free electron lasers and their applications.
  3. Radiative energy transmission.
  4. Cellular communication from a stratospheric platform.
  5. Millimeter Waves and F.I.R.
  6. Interaction of laser light with matter.
