Abstract Methods are described for measuring
the complex permittivity of aqueous biological solutions at frequencies from
a few tens of MHz to several GHz. Values of the dielectric constant and loss
of aqueous solutions of triglycine are presented
and interpreted in terms of the structure of the triglycine
molecule. The peak in dielectric loss due to the triglycine
is shown to occur at around 900 MHz at |
