Abstract A new type of applicator for
processing of continuous sheet or web materials is described. The applicator provides
improved efficiency over that of a parallel plate chamber and allows
flexibility in the degree of coupling to the material along the length of the
applicator. The theory and design of the applicator is discussed and
experimental results are presented to exhibit its performance. |
