Abstract With the use of high microwave power levels in industrial processes, it is essential to protect the expensive power tubes from high reflected power. Conventional circulator technology is inadequate for the design of the required high power circulator, and this paper describes an alternative method for the design and fabrication of such a device. Test results on developed prototypes are also presented.
