Abstract A safety control system has been developed for use in high power RF/microwave radiation exposure facilities, The system features Fail-Safe RF detectors, visible "RF ON" indicators, lour-status sensors and digital logic to maintain safe operating conditions in spite of human errors or unsafe equipment malfunctions.
