Abstract A method of combined
radio-frequency and hot-air finish drying of a textured mass of fungal mycelial fibers is described.
The finished product may be rehydrated to more than
twice its initial dry weight. The resilience of the rehydrated
product depends on the moisture level at which prepuffing
is terminated. |
