Abstract

The literature on the biological effects of microwave radiation antedates the realization that X-radiation and ozone produced by the generating equipment may account for many of the observations. Also the physiological effect of selectively heating subcutaneous tissue was not considered in the design of many experiments. The presumed low power density effects of microwave irradiation of experimental animals may be the result of such oversights.
