ADC Telecommunications Israel

2001

Chief Engineer

 

Served as ADC principal representative at the DSL Forum, submitting contributions in the areas of network architecture and CPE auto-configuration.

Represented ADC in the MANTRIP project, an international consortium funded by the European Community.

Leaded the introduction of VoIP and VoATM technologies in the company

 

System Engineering Group Manager

1999 –2001:

Leaded the system architecture specifcation of multi-service access platform for the North-American market, that integrated telecom and datacom technologies, e.g. IP, ATM, SONET, xDSL, VoDSL and GR-303.

1997 –1999:

Leaded the system architecture specification of an IMAP (Integrated Multi-Service Access Platform) for the international market. The system delivered data services (ATM based), leased lines (E1) and telephony (V5.1/V5.2) over an SDH transmission infrastructure.

1989 – 1997:

Signal Processing Group Manager

Formed the Signal Processing group (9 subordinates) and leaded the development of signal processing (both analog and digital) modules.

1986 – 1989:

DSP Development Engineer

Developed DSP algorithms for Telecom applications.
