Marvell is searching for Communication Engineer to join the modem department within the Cellular Division in Petach Tikva.
The applicant will be part of the 2G\3G\LTE Layer 3 team and will have the opportunity to develop the next generation cellular cutting-edge technology while supporting and enhancing existing technologies. The team is developing and implementing Marvell’s innovative cellular 2G\3G\LTE modem.
He / She will develop the L3 Control Layer of the cellular modem, for supporting the advanced technologies.
The applicant shall design and implement the code (in C language) following a methodological development process, in order to support the launch of Marvell’s cellular products on time, while maintaining excellent product quality.
He / She will be also required to work in a lab for testing, debugging and integrating the SW implementation, as well as supporting its validation vs. the system requirements and standard specifications.
He / She will also support customers, answering their questions and co-operating in the integration of Marvell’s modem into their system.

Qualifications:

Education: MSc or BSc in computer science, computers engineering or electronic engineering
Experience: wide range of experience, including recently graduated. Preferred: *3 years
Technical knowledge: Communication SW development; Embedded RT SW development; Cellular
Tools: ARM compiler, Simulators.
Programming language: C

Description:

The Verification Engineer will be responsible for:
• Implementation of verification environments.
• Definition of full chip verification
• Implementation of full chip verification, using different verification tools

Qualifications:

• B.Sc in Electrical/Computer Engineering – Mandatory
• M.Sc – Advantage
Technical:
• Experience in random generation – Advantage.
• Experience in full chip level – Advantage.

Education:

Job Description:
The Intern will participate in a project with a team of engineers involved in design, verification, physical design and validation of a high end, state of the art ASICs for Cisco’s flagship routers.
The job may require handling several activities, sometimes concurrently, such as:
• Development & implementation of scripts under the guidance of a mentor
• Writing, running and debugging tests under the guidance of a mentor
• Write documents and Wiki

Skills Required:
Must:
• 4 semesters or more in a EE or Computer engineering studies
• Self learning
• Ability to read specs
