- Robust Synthesis of Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO)
feedback systems for Linear-Time-Invariant (LTI) and Non-Linear
systems.
- Main design criteria are bandwidth and control efforts.
- Main framework for my research is the Quantitative Feedback Theory (QFT).
- Identification of SISO and MIMO plants.
- Automatic tuning of SISO plants.
- Semi automatic tuning of MIMO plants.
- Robot control in the MIMO framework several projects.
- Single axis control many projects.
Present Research Focus:
- Optimization of the robust quantitative feedback theory for MIMO
feedback systems
- Extension and improving of the quantitative feedback theory to
non-linear SISO as well as MIMO systems and controllers
- Adaptation of the developed theories to several industrial applications
- Close the gap between theory and practice by simplifying the
theory and writing user friendly software
